The PROGRAM:
The SPHEREAL meditative experience is approximately 90 minutes in length. In order to not disturb the concentration of other practitioners, it is respectfully requested that you avoid entering late, or leaving early. Please hold any comments or questions until the end of the session as well, in order to not disrupt the flow of the program. Participants typically sit throughout the program, however you are welcome to rise to your feet, and even move your body to the sound and rhythm (i.e. dance), if you feel the desire to do so.
